• Understanding intercellular communication of type 2 immunity and the epithelial barrier in the lung during chronic asthma
• From understanding of human T cell metabolism for diagnostics to a pipeline for genetic manipulation
• Investigation of the host-pathogen interactions between bacteria and immune cells during infection
• Ionic and metabolic regulation of immune cell metabolism through pharmaceuticals
